Attorneys

Shelley joined Bryan and Mercer as a member of the Property team in August 2009. Her academic background includes a master’s degree in Commercial Law and E-commerce and she undertook the Legal Practice Course at College of Law in Chester.

Chris obtained his Law Degree and Legal Practice Course locally, at the University of Hertfordshire. He joined Bryan and Mercer in September 2012 and has since worked in both the Private Client and Property teams.

Daniel completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London and joined Bryan and Mercer’s Property team in 2012.

Socratis completed the Legal Practice Course with the University of Hertfordshire, having already obtained a degree in law. He joined Bryan and Mercer initially as a legal assistant, then from trainee solicitor to solicitor and finally made Director in 2018.

Delaram is a Solicitor managing residential property transactions

Sandra is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has over 20 years experience.

Paulette is a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals. She has over twenty five years of experience and expertise in Residential Conveyancing.

Jo has extensive experience in both the Financial Services sector and within a legal practice. She has provided administrative, secretarial and legal support – covering various areas of law.

Jackie is a legal assistant with over 25 years’ experience in residential and commercial conveyancing. She worked in London law firms for several years and more recently in St Albans before joining Bryan and Mercer as part of Shelley Spyrides’ team.
